Below are the terms and conditions for the CUI PhD Scholarship at IRCBM, CUI Lahore Campus, for the fields of Physics, Chemistry, and Chemical Engineering:

• Number of Scholarships: Up to 30 merit-based scholarships are available for eligible applicants.
• Scholarship Coverage: The scholarships are fully funded, meaning a complete waiver of tuition and admission fees. However, a nominal semester registration fee must be paid by the scholarship recipient.
• Eligibility Criteria: For admission to the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs of the CUI System, a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.0 (in the semester system) or 60% marks / 1st Division (in the annual system) in an eighteen-year degree program in the same or relevant field from an HEC-recognized university/HEI is required.
• Merit Calculation: The merit for the award of scholarships will be calculated based on the GAT Test results and Academic Credentials. All other admission-related requirements must also be fulfilled.
• Supervisor Acceptance: The admission is also conditional upon receiving an acceptance letter from a supervisor at IRCBM.
• CGPA Requirement: A minimum CGPA of 3.0 must be maintained for the continuation of the scholarship.
• University Policies: All other policies and procedures of the university will apply.
• Statement of Purpose: Uploading a statement of purpose is mandatory for the scholarship application.
• Visiting Faculty Opportunity: Successful applicants will be considered in the pool of visiting faculty.
